Keith Davis
Our speciality neutrality practice is based in the UK and is headed up by Keith Davis.

Keith is an employment lawyer and accredited mediator with over 35 years' hands-on experience in resolving issues and concerns at work.
Accreditation
Keith is a Registered Civil Mediation Council (CMC) mediator and is also a member of the (UK) Society of Mediators. Also, he is an ACR accredited On-Line Mediator and is a member of Mediate.com
Approach
Our approach is simply to regard every individual participant in our processes as an equal partner working towards an agreed outcome which all can feel able to accept.

Our style is 'business-informal' and every participant will be treated with respect and courtesy.
Governance
We are governed by the UK's Civil Mediation Council (CMC).
Complaints Procedure
We are very proud of both our services and how they are carried out. However, it is a fact of life that misunderstandings and unintended matters will arise from time to time.
